Public Library spaces in New York City looked to Energy Wall® to increase fresh air ventilation prior to reopening after being shut-down due to COVID-19 in Fall of 2020.

Library ventilation is an important consideration because patrons tend to read printed materials or work on computers for extended periods and are in proximity of predominantly non-family member library patrons. Occupants are thus potentially at higher risk of exposure to airborne virus.

Increasing air changes in the public spaces was deemed critical for occupant safety and Energy Wall® was selected due to the high efficiency of the product, extreme lightweight, compact size and simplified installation of the units.
